Sequester is a cutthroat, strategic competition where 12 strangers compete to ruthlessly eliminate each other until only 1 can be crowned the sole victor. After a week of plotting, scheming, lying, backstabbing, and manipulating, the knives are put away and real friendships begin to form! Since our very first season the Sequester alumni have become a thriving community of like minded gamers, but most importantly real life friends! The Sequester alumni have traveled to meet each other since their season wrapped and the first ever "Sequester Meet Up" was held in Orlando, FL, 2016.. and they haven't stopped!
The very first season of sequester was the perfect pilot to pitch to our viewers! It possessed all the ingredients for a great game! Reality TV show super fans, drama, high emotion, powerful gameplay, and an ending NO ONE saw coming! We appreciate the first cast for setting the pace for the future seasons to come!
The second season threw everyone for a loop from the jump when it was revealed Vine sensation Jimmy Murrill was revealed amongst the cast. It wasn't revealed until later in the season that a secret sibling of a former Big Brother 17 star was also amongst them, Tiffany Russo. Once exposed we watched Tiffany fight mercilessly to win competitions back to back after being targeted every single night once discovered. In the end, we were kept guessing by an explosive jury statement made by Brenden Haig. However, it was not enough to keep Tiffany from taking the crown. After winning Season 2.0, Tiffany only a week later was selected to compete on CBS's Big Brother 18 that aired the summer of 2016.
One of our most memorable and beloved seasons! The entire cast had us entertained from start to finish with memorable feuds, emotional outburst, shocking blindsides, and a masterful winner! It was a season of firsts, with the debut of the secret "LOS" amongst other beloved season's twist.
Season 4.0 had us invested from the jump! Albie Frankie was the center of the drama night one and continued the make a storm all the way to the finale. But it wasn't all drama and chaos - this was the first season with a short lived and unsuspecting showmance between Diamond Allen and Eli Edwards. Once they were split apart it was revealed Eli's identical twin brother, Zeke, had also been playing the game and the duo would compete as separate entities. This was the season of power shifts as were blindsided every night with eliminated contestants, all the way until the final conclusion.
To raise the bar we casted the most influential contestants in Sequester history! Over half of the cast had substantial followings going into the game, including Sindy of Big Brother Canada 3, Suzette of Big Brother Canada 1, Jay G. of The Real World Explosion, Steve Cronin of Youtube, and Allison of Youtube. The power of influence was intimidating to some, but did not stop one from ultimately becoming the winner. Among other firsts, this is the first season we introduced the coveted "Salute to Strategy Award", won by Sindy. Lastly, all the showmances of this season can not be forgotten when half the cast was coupled up by night two! Needless to say, it was not pretty when they had to split each other apart.. In the end, love did not conquer all. It was the social butterfly that maneuvered their undoings.
SEASON 6.0 (ALL STARS)
This was Sequester's first All Star season. If you missed it, i'm sure you heard the fire works around the world! These returnee's were not messing around and came to play! From start to finish this season constantly had you guessing. There was no way to predict what could happen next, and every elimination ended in a shocking blindside! In the end only one contestant, Evie Why, was able to redeem herself and be crowned the winner of Sequester 6.0: All Stars!
From rags to riches was the story arch for our 7.0 winner, Samantha Montalvo. The season concluded with the most ironic final 2 we've ever had! Sam and Michelle came in guns blazing for each other from the start. Through metamorphosis of the game, they came together through their rivalry, and were the last two standing! Dodging bullets left and right like they were in the matrix, they always were at the center of the drama! However, they both managed to throw others in the way of despair. In the end, only one could be crown the Queen B.
A season with no boundaries. This was the season of power shifts as it seemed everyone was expendable! Every single player was willing to stab someone else in the back if it meant advancing them in the game. For the majority of the game, the men, took over the place picking off the girls one by one until the very last cycle! The final 3 girls managed to take the power back from one of the best gamers we've seen, Will Jardell, and blindside the rest of the boys. Even Kait Morelli, stabbed her night one showmance, Stephen Schaefer, in the back the night before the Final LOC. In the finale it was any girl's game, and by 1 vote Holli was crowned the winner.
